The movement humans were built for. Movements that are natural and safe. Movements we use in everyday life, such as squatting, deadlifting, pushing and pulling. These are the movements that promote neurological and hormonal responses, leading to better health, actual strength, core stability, agility and flexibility.

The Anatomy Lab Online Daily Program focuses on improving overall strength and conditioning, leaving you looking and feeling your best.

One on One Training sessions include goal setting, nutritional advice, and a mix of weights and conditioning.
Workouts are personalised and adapted to each client’s level of fitness and experience.

Couples Training: 60 min | $140 +GST

Hybrid Training is a combination fitness package including unlimited group training and one one-on-one personal training session per week. Hybrid Training also includes a personalised program and nutritional advice.

Group Training sessions are based on functional movement. Groups are kept small to allow for individual guidance and form correction.
